Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your sites or developing your web applications, you hardly have the time to monitor what is happening with the server – whether it’s overloaded or whether all the services are running correctly. With our Managed Servers package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your server will be added to our custom–developed server monitoring system and each time there is a trace of a trouble, our server administrators will be alerted instantly.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is important – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Managed Servers deal, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. And all the backups will be placed on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your Virtual Private Server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure special software apps on it. And if this may seem like something much too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Servers deal, is the right thing for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our well–trained technical support engineers who will install and configure any software package or take care of any issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
